The first mode is auto-trigger mode. The monitor detects and records cardiac events based on preset thresholds.
The second mode is the patient-trigger mode. This mode allows the patient to initiate a recording whenever they experience symptoms.
The third mode is heart rate trend monitoring. This mode continuously tracks the patient’s heart rate over an extended period, unveiling patterns and trends that may not manifest as distinct episodes but could still indicate underlying issues.
By seamlessly combining data from all three of these modes, the RX-1 mini home heart monitor offers clinicians an extraordinarily comprehensive, multi-dimensional view of their patients’ cardiac health. Unlike traditional Holter monitors, there are no cumbersome patient cables – just a single, easy-to-operate button and an exceptionally long-lasting rechargeable battery that powers the device for up to 5 days on a single charge. The patch is simple to apply and can even be worn in the shower, promoting high patient compliance and satisfaction. Moreover, the system boasts unprecedented noise suppression capabilities and a best-in-class device algorithm that performs an initial analysis. Our Home-Enrollment program is our most popular service and only requires one form from your office. To enroll a patient with this service, please click on our Patient Enrollment Form . Once finished, click submit, and the order will be securely sent to our office. First-Call Medical will verify insurance, contact the patient, and send a monitor directly to their home or office. Most orders are processed within an hour, and monitors arrive at the patient’s home within two business days.
The other service we offer is the In-Office Hookup Service, which allows you to provide your patients with cardiac monitors during their appointments. First-Call medical equipment will be left at your center.

We offer a secure website for report access 24 hours a day. Physicians can review and print a patient file from any internet connection. The files are editable (ordering physicians can enter their interpretations and e-sign) and can be saved to your personal computer or network. EMR integration is available to send orders and receive reports!
Fee-for-service and Insurance billing programs are available. If you have a question about a patient’s insurance, please call our billing department, and we will perform a quick authorization check. There are no other hidden fees or charges.
